Why do you process payments in RSD ( Serbian Dinar )?

Prices shown on our website are calculated in your country's currency, but the final order will be paid in RSD ( Serbian Dinar ) at the current middle exchange rate and you WON’T PAY any conversion fee. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
Due to the banking system in the residence country of our company, purchases must be converted into RSD ( Serbian Dinar ) which is our official currency.

Do I have to take my dress to a dry cleaning?

No. It is completely enough to wash it in the washing machine at 30 degrees Celsius and let it dry on a hanger. 

Should I iron it? 

One of the best features of this dress is that it should not be ironed. Just hang-dry it after washing or if you want to straighten it for the day just spray it with water and leave it to dry ( best hanged ). The folding lines will disappear very soon.

Do these dresses fit very tall girls or how I can extend the dress?

If you desire you can extend your dress a bit. By pulling the ends of the dress slightly while it is still wet you can stretch it downwards and your dress would be a bit longer.

Why can't I create an account in your shop to save my address and payment information?

We prefer to keep your personal information as private as possible. Therefore, we like to store as little of this information as possible. Plus, it slows down your check out when you're a new customer or you're a returning customer and you just can't seem to remember your password.

How Do I Place An Order On KOSHTANA?

Ordering on www.koshtana.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Buy It Now” and then click the bag button in the upper right corner to proceed to the checkout. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

To cancel or change your order, please email us immediately on info@koshtana.com (not more than 24 hours).
Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes, so it is important to contact us as soon as possible.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via DHL Express. 

When do you ship packages?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packing your order. Once your order is shipped, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package and 5-7 business days for USA addresses. If you need your package sooner, please email us at info@koshtana.com for our expedited shipping options.

Will I receive a confirmation email or tracking number once I place my order?

Yes! You will first receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information. If you have not received these emails, check your spam folder or get in touch with us at info@koshtana.com

What's your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items that do not say final sale in the product listing. If the product listing does not mention final sale, it is eligible for a return. Email us at info@koshtana.com within 15 days of when your package was delivered for a Return Authorization Form. The Return Authorization Form does not include a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package. Once you receive our Return Authorization Form, fill it out and include it with your return package. Please note, return packages must arrive back at KOSHTANA within 14 days of when the Return Authorization was emailed to you. See our Shipping & Returns link for more details.

What's your return policy on sale items?

We're happy to offer returns on sale items and items purchased with a discount code as long as your items are unworn and unwashed, and the product listing does not specifically say final sale. 

I'd like to exchange my item.

Exchanges are treated as a return and a separate purchase. Feel free to purchase the desired size or style in conjunction with going through the return process. We have limited quantities and cannot guarantee your desired size or style will still be available at a later date. Discounts used initially are not applicable to new purchases if they are expired. Thanks for understanding.
